She was with us every step of the way, and without us having to lift a finger, our wedding party and family were in the loop, our vendors were coordinated, our decorations were set up, and the inevitable hiccups were mediated, so much so that we didn’t even realize they had happened! “Amy was the coordinator for our wedding just last month and she was *phenomenal*.
My wedding was incredibly special to me and something I planned with my mom for 2 years. It was very detailed and not straightforward. Amy handled this with nothing but excellence.
I had almost everything planned but wanted someone that was not direct family present to help with set up, take down, and general coordinating the day of. I was definitely one of those brides that didn’t think she’d need a coordinator… boy was I wrong. She helped create a timeline that accounted for things I would have never considered. She is budget friendly but still gives 100% effort. Responds almost immediately to texts/emails and is very reliable. Qualities you definitely want in the person you’re trusting to run the big day!
Unfortunately, the day of it poured and we had to rearrange some things. It threw our entire timeline off but I didn’t have to worry about it at all because Amy handled everything. She pushed things up an hour and made sure all the vendors knew. She did this all while being mindful of the rules set by the venue (COVID!) and working with members of my family who also wanted to be involved. I know my wedding would not have been as successful as it was if it weren’t for Amy.
Amy is a professional who is great at communicating her ideas while making sure she understands what you want on your special day. Now that the wedding is over, I am so happy and grateful that we hired her. I highly recommend anyone who is need of a wedding coordinator to hire Amy, she has a real talent for this line of work.”

“If you are thinking about hiring Amy to be your wedding coordinator, stop thinking about it and just do it. Months before the wedding, we had several meetings and they not only helped her understand our wedding scope, our vision, etc but they also helped us. She made sure to ask us questions about things we hadn't even considered, and very reassuring and helped me feel a lot better going into the week of the wedding. She took my ideas into consideration while also giving her advice (based on past experiences) in a way that wasn't opinionated or pushy. She is extremely organized, has great communication and having her gave us so much peace of mind going into the rehearsal and the wedding day.
There were some fires on our wedding day but she handled them with grace, had a solution for every problem (even if it meant stepping in herself to resolve it), and she had a smile while doing it. The little things she did to make me feel like a proper bride were so thoughtful and genuine, and those are the things that I'll hold very close. Our wedding wrapped up early because of the extreme heat and because of that, our photographer and most of our guests, had left. Amy however, had rallied ALL of our remaining friends and family to do a fake sparkler exit and she even took a video for us. Amy also followed up with us a few times after the wedding to see how things were going which really says a lot to me. It really showed that it wasn't just a job to her, that she was and continues to be there for us no matter how hot or exhausted she was, even after the job was already done.
I can't thank her enough for all of her enthusiasm, professionalism, hard work, and patience that she had leading up to and on my wedding day. My husband and I both agree, she was our favorite vendor of the day and was worth every single penny”.
